PRAGMATICS 1.  Definition               Pragmatics is the study of aspects of the use of meaning and language that depend on the speaker, receiver and other features of the speech context, as follows. Look pragmatically the meaning of words and grammar used semantically, except in context. In each situation, the various listeners in the conversation determine the most meaningful of words, based on other clues that will lend a subtext of meaning.         Linguistic studies that study the contextual meaning behind an utterance or the meaning created when an utterance is uttered. Pragmatics not only studies the meanings attached to morphemes, words, phrases or sentences used. But it also studies the context when an utterance is spoken.
